There are about 380 coach members in the national organization of figure skating in Japan. However, not all of them are excellent coaches; fewer than ten coaches are successful at training young skaters into excellent skaters who can compete worldwide. These excellent coaches have special skills in coaching figure skating, which are far more advanced than other regions.
How do these excellent coaches teach incredibly difficult jumps? Their coaching know-how is kept a secret, looking at their coaching scenes will not help you find out. However, the content of their method is very simple and clear.

About Us
We are UFSTJ, "The Ultimate Figure Skating Techniques from JAPAN", a group of experts in coaching figure skating jumps. In the 1980s, our team anticipated that quadruple jumps will become more common for both male and female skaters in the future and started research to help this come true. Eventually, after 15 years, we developed a top secret instruction method strictly for figure skating jumps.

The jump technique manual offered on this website is an English translation of an extremely rare and invaluable secret manual, of which only two copies exist in Japan, and the number of elite coaches within Japan who have fully mastered its contents and are currently applying them to train skaters is only a very small handful.

We are unable to disclose actual names here, however 99% of star skaters in Japan you all know were born from this method of teaching.
